Fraud Department Caller ID Change: Effetive 06/03/2013 our Fraud Notification services department caller ID will display as (605) 782-3300. To report fraud, lost or stolen on your VISA credit card the number is still (866) 499-3042, to report fraud, lost or stolen on your ATM debit card the number is (562) 498-1250 Opt 6, or (800) 262-2024 after credit union hours.
Withdrawal Limit at CARDTRONICS ATM's Reduced
Due to a significant spike in ATM fraud, specifically at Cardtronics ATM terminals, effective 05/10/2017, you will be limited to withdrawing $300 at ANY Cardtronics ATM within a 24 hour period. Subsequent withdrawals may result in a temporary card restriction from our fraud department. If your card is restricted, you will receive a call allowing you the opportunity to verify your transactions to immediately reactive your card.
As a member of Co-Op we provide you with nearly 30,000 ATM options you may withdraw at, surcharge free. Your standard ATM withdrawal limit as such ATM's will remain $500 per day. ATM/Debit fraud alert
As shopping becomes more accessible and convenient it presents fraudsters opportunities to dupe unsuspecting consumers. Phishing has become more common for scammers aiming to extract information from unwitting consumers to gain access to cash, credit card numbers, mobile payments, and personal information such as account credentials and e-mail addresses. Members have recently reported fraudulent emails and scams to our member service group. Please be on the lookout for any Emails or text messages without our credit union name, and logo. Please continuously monitor your account(s), and immediately notify the credit union, of any suspicious activity. If you will be traveling, please notify the credit union; otherwise, your transactions may be declined.

SYSTEM UPGRADE NEWS:
As part of our efforts to improve service, we are changing computer systems in late October. Starting in July, your staff will begin a comprehensive training program on the new system.
