To support that commitment, the Credit Union has adopted a Limitation of Services and Membership Expulsion Policy, approved by the Board of Directors in September 2025 and effective March 6, 2026.

Why This Policy Exists
This policy exists to:

Protect the Credit Union from fraud, abuse, and financial loss

Clearly outline expectations and due process

Ensure transparency and fairness in rare situations where action is required
The policy is not intended to restrict member rights and applies only in limited, serious circumstances.

Most members will never be impacted by this policy.
